For cricket matches interrupted by rain or other uncontrollable circumstances, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method as officially applied by the relevant cricket authority will govern the settlement of affected bets. For bets involving Test match formats, a draw is a valid result, and match winner bets (excluding draw) will be voided if a draw is not listed as a available betting option.

In the event of account closure at a member's request, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the original deposit method or the member's registered Malaysian bank account within 3 business days, once all required security checks have been completed.
